A LITTLE CEREMONY
The method.
Prepare your glass
Set out a clean goblet glass for each serving. Do not put additional ice in the glass before blending.
Load the blender
Add the measured liquid ingredients to a blender with 150 g crushed ice per serving. Secure the lid.
Flash-blend briefly
Blend on high for five seconds only, just long enough to combine the liquids with the crushed ice. Keep the drink slushy rather than making a smooth frozen drink.
Pour and garnish
Pour into your goblet glass. Top the poured drink with 40 g fresh crushed ice per glass and rest the measured passion fruit half on the rim. Serve with a straw.
