A LITTLE CEREMONY
The method.
Prepare your glass
Set out a clean highball glass for each serving. Add 120 g of fresh cubed ice to each glass just before pouring.
Measure into the glass
For one serving, pour the measured tequila and orange juice over the fresh serving ice. Keep all the grenadine and orange garnish aside.
Finish gently
Slowly pour the measured grenadine down the inside of the glass. Let it settle at the bottom to form the sunrise layer; do not stir.
The finishing touch
Add the measured garnish and serve immediately.
